Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, your pin code is validated against your selected state to ensure accurate delivery. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly shown before checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines start from the date of order dispatch, not order placement.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the next business day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and registered email address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be initiated (minus shipping charges for COD orders). For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make payment.

7. Damaged / Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@signalbox.store with photos of the damaged package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
