7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this window by emailing us at info@signalbox.store. Requests received after 7 days will not be entertained.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered (differs from order)
- Product significantly different from website description
- Size mismatch (within 7-day window)
- Product is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact
- Product is in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Product has been worn, washed, or altered
- Original tags, labels, or packaging removed/tampered
- Return requested after 7 days from delivery
- Products marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale"
- Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
- Minor variations in colour due to screen settings
3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team reviews your request and responds within 24-48 hours with approval or queries.

Ship It Back
Once approved, ship the product back within 5 days. We'll share the return address.

Refund Processed
After inspection, refund is initiated within 48 hours. Credited in 5-7 business days.
4. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and brand packaging must be intact and attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- For damaged or defective items, please include clear photographs of the defect in your return request email.
- Products must be shipped back within 5 calendar days of return approval. Failure to ship within this period may void the return request.
5. Return Shipping
- Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product: Return shipping is free. We will arrange for a reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the product.
- Customer-Initiated Returns (change of mind, size issue, etc.): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
6. Inspection & Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse. If the product fails inspection (signs of use, missing tags, damage not reported), we reserve the right to:
- Reject the return and ship the product back to you at your cost
- Issue a partial refund with a deduction of up to 20% depending on the product's condition
You will be notified via email of the inspection outcome within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
7. Refund After Return
Once a return is approved and the product passes inspection, refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key timelines:
- UPI (Prepaid) Orders: Refund initiated within 48 hours, credited to your bank account in 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days. Bank details will be collected via email.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. To get a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred item.
