Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched with the utmost care and attention to detail.
•Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday): Processed and dispatched on the same day.
•Orders placed after 2 PM (Monday to Friday): Dispatched on the next business day.
•Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: Dispatched on the next business day.
Important Notes:
•Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we are unable to modify it once your order has been placed.
•We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.
